	Realtors® must register their Buyer prospects with The Auction Co. & Real Estate Inc. at least 3 hours prior to the start of the auction.


	A 3% referral fee, of the high bid amount, will be paid to the Realtor's® Broker-in-Charge when his/her Buyer Client(s) pay and settles for the property (closing).

	No referral fees will be paid to any Broker or Realtor® who is acting on his/her own behalf or on behalf of a member of his/her immediate family or who is a partner, stockholder, or principle of entity purchasing the property.
