From its inception, The Auction Co. & Real Estate Inc.'s primary focus has been to provide a quality alternative marketing tool for the Realtor® community. Early on we made the decision to market real estate exclusively at auction and to offer our services as an additional profit center to the Realtor® community.  We have paid, literally, hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees to fellow Realtors® and today approximately 60% of all properties we auction come to us from fellow Realtors®.  We sincerely thank those of you who have worked with us in the past and welcome those of you who are considering the auction method of marketing real estate.

By partnering with The Auction Co. & Real Estate Inc., you can earn commissions on both the buying and selling sides of the transaction. 

As a Listing Agent:  The major benefits in auction marketing for your client is the time effectiveness of the process while maximizing price through our strategic marketing methods and competitive bidding platform.  Our typical marketing campaign takes place in 30 days or less and allows your Client to make future plans with a high degree of certainty.

Check out Sellers Getting Started for a better understanding of the auction selling process.  The next time you have a Client whom you think would benefit from our services, simply call us with a name and phone number, or complete the Seller Evaluation Form and we will do the rest. Your Sellers will be most grateful you did.  In the meantime give us a call and ask us about our cooperative fee arrangement for your listing referral. 

As a Buyers Agent:  Most of our listings are available for purchase at any time prior to the scheduled auction date.  Call our appointment center as you would with any MLS listing and feel free to show the property and bring us an offer. If our Seller Client accepts the offer, the auction will be canceled… it’s that straightforward!

If your Buyers choose to participate in the live auction you must register them with The Auction Co. & Real Estate Inc. on our approved form within 3 hours prior to auction (See specific property listing for approved buyer registration form).  You should familiarize yourself with our auction process by visiting Buyers Getting Started.  Also, be sure to check out Tips For Bidding at Auction and Buyers Frequently Asked Questions so you will be completely  prepared to assist your Client.
